Minimizing plastics in healthcare
(L) Health Care Without Harm Executive (HCWH) Director Ramon San Pascual and University of the Philippines Manila College of Public Health Dean Romeo Quizon sign a memorandum of understanding to minimize the use of plastics in hospitals during a press conference at the UP Manila College of Public Health Multi-purpose Hall Tuesday. HCWH and the college launched a plastics toolkit for hospitals that aims to reduce and eliminate harmful, single-use plastics in healthcare and urge health professionals to help promote proper waste management.
